The third (clickable) photo was taken last Saturday, probably after the new theme was announced but before I knew about it, so I guess it's not admissable.

Thank you so much, Karen! With a white background it takes a lot of overexposure to get it really white and not grey, it was fun experimenting. The flower is from a visit to the zoo.

I know just what you mean. I have been trying to get it right for a long time now. Sometimes if use an extra light shining on the background it helps but then it causes shadows too so that doesn't always work. It's very tricky.

Clickity Click

A single die works well for your challenge. High Key can be fun or frustrating, depending on the subject matter and of course the lighting. :) Love the vibrant color to the flower. One blossom can make a smile appear. Highlighting that one section of the calendar works .... Nice job Gudrun.
