Von der Konsistenz her scheinst du es gut getroffen zu haben (da kommt mir grad Loriot, "das Ei ist hart", in den Sinn), aber den sauberen Schnitt mit dem Messer musst du wohl noch etwas üben ;-))

Die Konsistenz finde ich grenzwertig schwabbelig;-)
Köpfen habe ich noch nie gekonnt, ich haue mit dem Löffel drauf und mache stückchenweise die Schale ab. So eine Edelstahlguillotine, mit der sogar ich es könnte, besitze ich nicht;-)

Das ist jetzt so ein Vorgang, wo sich das Schweizer Taschenmesser nicht eignet. Um ein Ei zu köpfen, braucht es ein Messer mit einer schweren Klinge. :-)
