View from the City Walls, Chichester

When I go to Chichester, I quite often have a stroll along the top of the old Roman city walls, which are still remarkably complete. I like to look at the backs of the houses and getting glimpses into their back gardens too. (Yes, I know I'm nosey.......but I can't help myself)!

All the gardens back up to the edge of the walls and most are excellent sun-traps.

lt looks like the second house on the left is being renovated and extended. Even large I can't see quite what they're up to with the window. You're nosy? Yeah, me too.

Lovely shot BTW - I used to enjoy walking those walls when I lived in Pagham.

You got me bang to rights :-))). I think the house has a temporary window while new double glazing is being fitted, but I not sure to be honest. If I remember, I have another look next time I'm in the area,.
