Thank you so much for your very quick visit to Arley. As you say, we have been there many times, in all kinds of weather. Today was hot and sunny, and this train was waiting a while for its departure to Bewdley.

Pleased that you like it! This train was scheduled to wait a while here, so the mad rush of photographers and spectators had dispersed. This loco and these carriages was one of the highlights of the gala, and it made quite a few trips, with some long stops thrown in.

She's a beaut. You sure do get to see some great trains there, Peter. I wish we had trains like that here. I'd be out looking at them all the time. :)

Of course I do go looking for them, but on this weekend there was a special gala, with around ten different steam locomotives in service. So loads of visitors, and loads of photos too!
