This was right after he ran-hobbled up, almost touching me, barking and not acting happy. I talked to him for a minute, then he walked away woof-woofing as if trying to save face. He didn't know he scared me out of my wits, I guess. AA282 Not my animals.

Only 24" high at his withers! (My daughter-in-law works there.) He was staying at a horse rescue center, which rehabilitates horses neglected or abused by their owners and confiscated by court order.
