Is it any wonder that people want to escape to this part of the world with majestic views like this from your doorstep. This taken on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Hartsop near Brothers Water just as the sun was starting to sink.

I really like the look of the old stone buildings.........they've caught the light nicely, which has brought out the lovely textures and detail. That huge pyramid - shaped peak makes a wonderful background. Very well composed and taken.

A wonderful and interesting pair of pictures, which I like very much!
Very nice composition of the three little outbuildings dwarfed by the mountain, and the frost on them makes it so special.
