Footbridge over The River Forth

Footbridge over The River Forth
A short walk from our holiday cottage in Aberfoyle, we find ourselves at this wonderful humped back footbridge over this infant part of the River Forth on its way to Edinburgh. Of course a nice set of fences accompany it. See PiP for alternative view. The second PiP show my previously posted lichens found on the top of this rail.

Hi Colin, good to see you again. There did look to be a jolly good bakers on the main street but because of Covid we did not venture in many shops. Glad you like this one and it brought back memories for you. Herb

Two absolutely beautiful takes on this footbridge, Herb. Your lichen looks almost like the beardy stuff that hangs from trees in Florida! I am not even going to comment on your compositions, they are always so well thought out!
