The Wonders of Mallorca: Puerto Pollensa Yacht harbour & Watertfront

I love the composition of this one Herb.............and the fine detail you've captured in the sailing boats. I especially like the distorted reflections and the natural vignette formed by the dark clouds at the top of the frame and their reflection in the water.

Two lovely images in the PiPs as well. A smashing series!

Hi Toz. No these are not from the Lake District. - They are to come soon. I thought about you as we hiked along the edges of the West Lakes. I had the idea that I had seen photos from Crommock Water from you but maybe only Buttermere. Anyway, ta for this visit too.

Wonderful composition to get the line of boats like that, combined with their reflections.
I think the grey water really adds to the mood... Blue sky and sea would not have been the same!

Good PiP's Herb, but the winner for me is the main shot! What a fabulous mood as the atmosphere darkens! Because whenever I chose to go abroad it was either early or late in the season, it has rain at least once on every single occasion......which I was quite happy about :)

Ah you see here the way I look at things. I seek out light and interest moods and I was very happy with this one, I know. As we often only go abroad in the quieter seasons the weather is often mixed. As to when we will go abroad again. Anybodies guess Rosa.
