The Wonders of Mallorca: Cap de Formentor

Our northern coastal journey culminates at this impressive lighthouse overlooking Puerto Pellensa . The only problem being, that it is so popular in high season that it is almost impossible to get anywhere near this on four wheels. I had to park some distance away on a very limited stay then run to the top, take a few snaps then run back to the car. You can get the idea on full screen. - The PiP shows the view from up here to the left. We shall see the other views shortly.

Running up and down a hill to get a photo................I'm really impressed Herb, although I noet it was taken nearly six years ago :-))

Beautifully composed in gorgeous sunlight................and well worth the effort. A cracking shot Herb. Another super view in the PiP. The colour of the water is sublime!
