Not exactly on my doorstep being about 90mins or so's drive from here Carol. Glad you liked this composition which I tried hard to get right.These white boulders between the trees still look like sheep to me :) Glad you enjoyed it.

Ha -well maybe. I must admit there are some delightfully characteristic trees up here clinging to those craggy walls. I imagine these have all really whetted your appetite to go rush up there.

A wonderful view...........and beautifully composed. I like the trees and the diagonal lines formed by the wall and the escarpment and the mountain in the back ground looks magnificent. The moody sky tops it off nicely.

I certainly live in or can get easily to stunningly beautiful parts of our world that is paradise when compared with many other places. As to whether the UK could be called paradise depends from where you are coming from and where you are in it! Some parts of our country are also stunningly ugly and awful to be in!!!
