Those poppies ... how they shine!

It was the shine that caught my attention Eva. They look as if they are carved from wood and have been varnished. I can vouch for their authenticity though :) Glad you liked them. ~ Herb

This is exceptionally lovely Herb. I don't recall seeing Poppies and Bluebells growing together before.

I especially like the light and dappled shadows and the colour combination is lovely!

An unusual combination I think Keith. This was just past the seashore, so maybe the tide had dropped the seeds here. A nice coincidence too that they are both flowering at the same time.
