Adrian loves cooking with herbs and spices, and I love eating what he cooks, but I got into trouble because I opened some of the canisters thus letting the aromas escape. ;-)
The centre bowl contains Cinnamon, Cardamon and a Bay leaf.
From 6 o'clock - Garam Masala, Ginger, Chilli, Fennel, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamom and Bay, and Turmeric.
