  • The Bush

    - 17 Sep 2012
This is my latest pastel which I finished today. I hope you like it. I was very motivated to do it, as the bush made such an impression on me during both my trips to Western Australia. The colours are a lot sober on the original, which is very difficult to get on the photograph. Critics are welcome!

  • Trying out candid shots!

    - 14 Sep 2012
As you can notice, I am trying out candid shots. I needed some challenge, and decided to try out these shots to see what I can get out of it. It's very interesting, but not easy. In fact, I was even scared in the beginning. I want to go out often to get more experience in this kind of photography. Converting to b and w is also very interesting for me at this stage.

  • Another rate of working!

    - 29 Aug 2012 - 4 comments
I have decided to have a slower pace of putting up photos on ipernity for several personal reasons due to the lack of time and priority on other things like painting etc. So I hope my friends will understand. I advise them to visit my older albums once in a while. I want to go to another level if it's possible! That's to be seen!!!!

  • It's flamenco time!

    - 22 Aug 2012 - 1 comment
I went twice to take pics of flamenco in a village next to where I live. The challenge is enormous, as everything is against you! I couldn't use flash, the bright lights were against me, I couldn't go where I wanted to and don't talk about the movement. But in spite of that, it was interesting as you will see soon! I just love flamenco!

I started painting again after stopping for over three years! I just wanted to see how I paint now and I think my photography has helped me a lot to compose my paintings better. It was very interesting!

  • The red cloud!

    - 23 Jul 2012
I wanted to see what I could get with a wide angle lens, and it was so cloudy! This is so unusual for this time of the year. I was happy to see this red cloud arrive which made the photo. This has not been changed in photoshop and is taken in-camera.
