This is a pastel and hence very difficult technically to do! I spent hours on it, to give the world the right impression of who I am! I look a lot younger of course, as I have deleted the wrinkles. One can do that in art. One can't in a photograph! I hope you like it. As usual, your critics are very welcome!

I went out for sunrise, but there were so many clouds, that the sun never came out! I was disappointed, but I got lots of atmospheric pics instead which I love and makes a change!Hope you like them too!

I never thought I would do this one day, but I've made up my mind now. I want to concentrate on doing sculpture in clay and plaster. This is a great challenge for me, but I need the time. So I have decided to go slow on the photography. I'm so sorry about this. I must say a BIG thank you to all my friends and contacts for all your visits and lovely comments on my site. I learnt a lot from doing this head! I never followed it exactly as I wanted to do my own head! It was two months of hard work!

I will be exhibiting one of my photos for the first time ever in the Netherlands with 43 other photographers from all over the world. They will be exhibited all September and October in a museum in Harderwijk. If anyone can visit it, please do, as it is a great collection of photographs. I will put up the one I selected for it, so that you have an idea! Must say I'm thrilled with the idea and will try to visit myself at the end of October. So sorry not to have posted for so long, but I had a terrible accident. I fell and broke my knee cap and is impossible to drive for a while - hence no photos. I wil be back in about 6 weeks time. In the meanwhile, let me take the opportunity to thank all my contacts for their support and kind comments on the site,. This is my latest work in clay.

I haven't been able to put up photos recently as I have been drawing Sam. This is the first time I have used this technique since I left school. It was nice to do something different and I enjoyed doing this very much. Hope you like it!

How the time flies! These photos are for the family so that they can follow how he is growing up. He is still a happy little boy and I am proud of him!

These are summer photos of Mahé on the beach. He has started walking and has cut his first tooth! Photos ofcourse, that are meant mostly for the family to show how he is growing up. I just love his big dark blue eyes!

I took these photos the other day, but there is a story to it. I saw two bugs together in the flower and then the third arrived. It seems that the two males fought over the female and you can see that happen. Unfortunately, the order is reversed ,but you can see it the other way around! I thought this was very interesting!

It was a very dull day and I thought these photos would be better in b and w.

I will be putting up lots of photos of Flamenco again which I took at a village Gorbio. It was soooo difficult, as I couldn't use flash, the very strong light was against me and there was not a possibility to change my place. I did what I could, but I was happy as I caught emotion which was what was important!
