Well, a 3 hours drive from home. The problem is that they closed it almost 20 years ago because some non trained people had an accident and died. It was dangerous, not for anyone. They made it safe with wooden platforms and boardwalks but it is not the same for people like me and the worse is that you have to make a reservation a lot in advance and they schedule 20 person groups, you have to walk more or less at their pace… it became another mass tourism thing, I just wanted to see how it was now and was quite sad to realize the very hard hike was so much easier, no adrenaline, uninteresting for people like me (like most things nowadays)
