Moped traffic through the market street

Its a duty to wear helmets in Thailand while driving a moped or motorbike, but in province towns you seldom see people following the law. The police mostly closes both eyes and cash them only at the end of a month when the polices men run out the money.
The kids mostly have their place at the front or between the parents. Once I saw seven people riding on a bike (one was a baby between the father as the driver and the mother behind).
