Sushi Summer Roll Trio

I know I've been posting quite a few shots of sushi. Well, when you reserve studio time and purchase food, you take as many shots as possible. Hope, I'm not boring the "sushi" out of you ... There is more to come! {:o)!!

Superb lighting and colours ... very well taken and presented. An excellent piece of still photography!! A touch of hot wasabi and you are all set ... LOL!!

PS: I would prefer real Scallops rather than Kamaboko (imitation scallops) ... :))) and yes, I would pay extra ...

Agreed! Not too fond of anything imitation especially when eating ... {:o)

Usually the imitation scallops are made from processed Pollack Fish (which is OK if they say so up front) ... but still prefer the real thing ... once a Restaurant advertised Scallops and I got imitation (I knew right away) ... I returned the entire dish and never went back to this place ...
