Danke Willi,
ich benutze eine SONY DSC-R1 (s.g. "Bridge"-Kamera) mit 21,5 mm x 14,4 mm APS-C-Sensor und 24 - 120 mm Objektiv, Anfangsblendenöffnung 2.8 - 4.8.
Bei diesem Foto f/4.8, 1/250s, 54 mm (Macroeinstellung), ISO 160. Abstand zum Motiv ca. 80 cm, Belichtungsmessung (zu gut deutsch): "Center-weighted average"(Mittenbetonter Durchschnitt).

Mit einer DSLR und Festbrennweite, z.B. 50 mm ist bei f/1.8 natürlich mehr möglich.
