So schöne Äpfel. Warum sind sie nicht vegan?

Die guten Äpfel habe ich im Keller eingelagert. Einen Teil der wurmstichigen Äpfel schneide ich auf und esse sie, aber es sind zu viele. Damit sie nicht verfaulen, bringe ich sie zum Entsafter. Dort bekomme ich Apfelsaft zum Vorzugspreis.

Dann ist der Saft aber auch nicht vegan:-) Unsere Äpfel waren halb so groß wie sonst.

Auf der Apfelsaftflasche steht Eiweiß 0,2 g je 100 ml, also etwa 3 Maden pro Glas ;-)

These apples look very colourful and delicious...........such a shame about the maggots! Still you've not wasted them which is good.
