Die Flaggen hängen an einem Hotel. Vielleicht will man damit ausdrücken, dass man internationale Gäste empfängt. Dagegen spricht allerdings, dass die Flaggenauswahl nicht international ist, sondern sich auf Amerika und Europa beschränkt.
