Zaun in 2070 m Höhe mit Blick auf den Teide, der noch Schneereste auf der Nordseite hat.
Am linken Bergrücken fährt die Seilbahn bis auf 3550 m hoch. Der Fliegenschiss zwischen den beiden Pfeilern ist die Gondel.

Der Pfad ist die Straße und der Zaun soll eine Art Leitplanke darstellen. Die Wirkung ist aber eher psychologisch, denn schwere Fahrzeuge kann das Leitplänkchen nicht abfangen.
