Yes, hard work indeed...the bicycles do not have gears and are very old and heavy, while the passengers carry heavy loads. :-(

Ah...the school transport....I've seen so many of those, full of little kids....what a memory. How old were you when you left India? I know your parents worked there....I think you need to go and visit!!!! You and your camera would have a ball!

I left India when I was 17 years old, so spent all my childhood there. I have been back but at that time never had a SLR. I took over 1000 photos with a compact camera. They were good memories for me, but nothing compared to what I would do now! I have some of them on an album on ipernity if you would like to see them.
