Lovely shot. Who was or is Borelli?

Charles Borelli (1873-1950), a wealthy local businessman and an early Farnham conservationist. Who, in conjunction with the efforts of local Architect Harold Falkner, was very instrumental in taking on the local planning process and avoiding the modernisation/corporate destruction of the Farnham townscape that befell so many town centres.
