Previously described as in danger of loss, but recent planning approval given for development, soon to be surrounded by additional buildings.

Near intact timber frame, with good surviving wattle and daub on the rear wall,
a plan of circa 1600 meet the criteria for domestic buildings built prior to 1700.
Evidence reveals the plan and development of the building to be of greater interest.
