Built at a cost of £10000 in 1874 with
a fine 100ft tower which can
be seen for many miles and is a local landmark.

English Heritage listed Grade II, Dating to C17 and C18, with C20 alterations -
Nos. 247-259, Weybourne Road, Aldershot
A small and ancient irregular terrace of two-storeyed cottages ending
with the Fox and Hounds Inn, known as 'The Dog Kennels' long since closed. Local legend has it that Nell Gwyn lodged and gave birth here.
No. 247 a modern projecting wing on extreme left.
Nos. 249-55 originally the C.18 stables and coach house.
2 storeys. Lime Washed brick and mansard tiled roof.
Leaded casement windows.
No. 257 timber-framed with brick on ground floor, fishscale tile-hanging above. One storey and two half-dormers. Old walls, brick and tile-hung with timber-framing.
Carved Jacobean figure over porch. Renovated 1924.
