Invasion of the utility service
Invasion of the utility services; right turn alongside of the Bengal Lancer is 'Pembury Place' footpath.
According to our EU controllers there will be a requirement for an
increase in the number of waste bins at each property to enable
residents to further separate items for recycling. It appears that each
dwelling is to have up to 7 such bins, so such as this historic lane will become
impassable and access to dwellings blocked. The problem becomes even
more acute and worse in city environments where properties are in
multiple occupation, resulting in impassable public pavements.
