the east side of portland has seen a growing number of murals and street art over the last few years. this one has been around for awhile. it is still my favorite on the east side, though there are many contenders these days.

Thank you Keith! I thought about getting beyond the barbed wire, but I really liked it - visually, not what it is! (I've credited the muralist above - I should have researched the names of the artists before - better late than never...)
