I agree with you Phil apparently they got some money from levelling up but that is for the port not the town.

I was puzzled by this grand promenade to nowhere. Who is expected to use it, apart from the odd dog walker? You can just look back at the town and the castle. When I was there you couldn't reach the end and see out to sea.
