39 Unidentified - possibly Common Groundsel - Bishopstone 2 8 2021

If the flowers were out I might have stood a better chance of identifying this plant. The leaves are like miniature Acanthus leaves. This thought led nowhere. So any help with a name would be appreciated.

6.8.2021 -The nearest, that I have got to identifying this, is Common Groundsel. However I have never seen a plant this big before.
