That's similar in style to the camera my mother used to use to take movies of us kids and our travels.

Despite a long history of photography, our family doesn't ever seem to have ventured into movies. Even now, when everything from phones up has video capability, I have never tried to make a movie, although some of my favorite subjects, like railway trains, are very suited to the medium.
I hope 2024 will be a good year for you and yours.

I very seldom take a video (though I tried when my kids were littel - but everytime I would see them doing something interesting and I would take up the video camera, they would stop and stare at me, doing nothing at all!! haha.). I truely am a still photographer. It makes me appreciate those who can do motion a lot.
