Thanks John. It's a shame that the houses in the background including the one with the fancy bit on the roof, seem to be relatively modern. I am not sure exactly when but unlike many of the surrounding buildings they are not 'listed'.

HFF to all. I have been busy with various photographic 'tasks' in the local community and with developing a couple of other photographic projects, so I have been even more uncommunicative than usual. I hope you all have a good weekend. It looks to be dry, but a bit cooler here on the Sussex coast over the next few days.

I have visited the port many times with our sons and grandchildren over the years. This visit was with a granddaughter, when I was snapping material for the abortive south coast fortifications slide show.
This summer I went back on my own for the first time and had a trip up the Spinnaker Tower. Photography through viewing deck glass on a sunny day can be tricky but I got some ok shots.
