UTC harbourside - High tide - 10.3.2016

This tide, at 7.2m, was close to the highest in recent times, which was 7.32m in September 2015. As can be seen, the weather was calm. I find it odd that this development has not involved adding some height to the banks. The land falls away immediately behind the college and any over-topping here would flood a large area of mainly commercial properties.
