A contribution to the Vintage Photos Theme Park's 'Things we are not allowed to do now' theme.
Motorcycling without a crash helmet is not permitted in the UK although I am not sure about riders on motorcycle combinations, as they seem to count as three-wheeled cars. However babies must be carried in special seats of an approved design.
