Red Cross Way, Southwark. I thought these were encouraging words left over from the war (the South Bank was pretty heavily bombed in the blitz), but it turns out that it's an advert for Courage Ale.

Thanks for the link, Jen. I heard a snippet on the radio assumed the squatters were in there before the sale. The article gives a fuller picture of the issue, the last line in particular: "Recent figures show there are more than 70,000 empty homes in London."
