Oh, das kenne ich. Schlechtwetterkreativität.
Du brauchst unbedingt eine kleine Makrolinse, mit der du in deinen Schränken auf Entdeckungstour gehen kannst, wenn das Wetter so schei... ist.

of winter nights, owls and fairy spells
the snow began to fall on the ground
so silently there was not a sound
soon they all would climb into bed
snug and warm to dream it is said
but outside they went with winter boots
woolly hats and mitts as the owl hoots
snowballs flying all around . . .
their laughter was then the only sound . . .
