No chance in front of a 30-ton tank!

Not in front but very effective when used to deliver Molotov's cocktails :D
But not then and there.
It is interesting though how your joke (much appreciated!) exposes long life of fake news (originating long time before this term appeared and became popular).

Uhlans! I do love the way you do this sort of history in Poland -the attention to detail and interest people have is so impressive. I was at a similar thing in Wieliczka a few years ago and it was really interesting, they had veterans from the AK plus people dressed as Polish soldiers from 1939, and II Corps in Italy and a couple from the 1st armoured Division in Normandy too. I just happened to come across it as well which made it all the more fascinating. Plus you are right -Polish cavalry never charged the German tanks -never never never!

Oh how I love reenactments! They are so fabulous, and so is your picture. I would love to see one of these some day. I did get to go to an old Lewis & Clark Expedition Fort where they had folks standing in for the various people of the time and it was really fascinating to learn about the place and the people.

Thank you very much, Janet!
Those reenactments are good lessons of history delivered in attractive ways :)
