Walls as screens (PiPs)
I was told that these decorated walls are to disguise the view of the docks' lorry park from the eyes of the moneyed marina users. If this is true surely they wouldn't have left huge holes in them! I didn't even see a lorry, or a ship docked the whole time I stayed just up the road from here.
