Hmm... "Unknown aperture"? Can't you count it based on ISO, exposure time and focal length used?

no. aperture is an equation that is calculated by the constants of the size of the pinhole, and the focal length. i can do the focal length...........but as the pinhole is not round but a slit........i have no idea of the size, nor am i worried that i dont. if i was tryn to calculate for film maybe i should.........otherwise i just wing it, with paper.

"A slit", you mean like a slit between razor blades? I have tried a technique like that once to get this: pinhole.stanford.edu/double.htm
