The tower is called the Spinnaker Tower and it is at the Gunwharf Shopping Centre in Portsmouth. It's been photographed many times by people on Ipernity, so you may well have seen it before.

Schöne Skyline. Der weiße Rauch kommt aus der Sixtinischen Kapelle. Ich wusste nicht, dass die in Portsmouth steht ;-)
