Bluebell Woods (plus 2 x PiPs)

Bluebell Woods (plus 2 x PiPs)
Taken in Stansted Forest, part of the South Downs National Park.

The PiPs show some more bluebells and my first butterfly of the year - a lovely Peacock, which was also exploring the bluebells.

Best viewed large if you have time. Thanks for looking :-)

Love the bluebell woods pictures Keith and the butterfly shot is superb. I think that is my favourite of the series. I hope to find some bluebells later in the week. I have some in my garden, but there is nothing as beautiful as seeing them in the woods.
Have a good day.

Thank you Rosa............I'm really pleased you like them. I was lucky in that the butterfly actually stayed still while I changed lenses!

These are about a 20 minute drive from my house...........and they can't be seen from the road, so they're is rarely anyone around. I always take far too many photos though :-))

I have some in my garden, but they're the Spanish ones, not the English.

My garden bluebells are of the Spanish variety, but I have English white bluebells, or are they called whitebells....I'm not sure :-)
