That is an expression that I used when I was living in some Eastern countries where the water in the showers was brown. I felt deep discomfort.

I can relate to that Anton..........we lived in Gibraltar for a couple of years in the early seventies and the water from the taps was very brown. We used to filter it through an old towel before using for washing clothes etc, and we bought bottled water to drink and cook with...........and wine, a lot of wine!
