Marvelous, Keith
Stay safe and well ;-)
Thank you so much for your comments about my chipmunks and the one which made me laugh about the squirrel yelling at me! Keith, I find myself reduced to hopeless, weak-kneed giggling whenever an outraged squirrel lets loose a tirade that I am within SIGHT of it (no matter if it's at the top of a tree far off the path). Sometimes they dance back and forth, blasting squirrelly obscenities at me and I hoot and howl in mirth while I watch them in their "Whyyyyy, I oughtttta..." stance. Dare I retort? WHY YES!! "THE HORROR! IT'S A HUMAN!! WE ARE COMING FOR YOU!!" *snort*
And as for our trip plans, you'd be surprised how they sort of knit together quite easily--though time does go by...it's really a matter of looking at the campground map, finding the ones nearby, deciding which would be a nice choice, confirming reasonable access for parking by referencing google earth, and then plugging in the number of days we'd like to stay... the problems happen when there is no availability but usually we can just go to each place on our decided string of campgrounds, plug in the dates and reserve them! When all goes as planned, Steve can get a whole bunch of campgrounds nailed down in the course of a couple of hours! Naturally, if there's a busy weekend or holiday, the time it takes can be terrible, but mostly it's not bad! :)
