Yes, he has gone to pot, old Santa Claus! Even the old-fashioned aviator's cap is funny. This is a superbly hilarious photo, Keith. What on earth is that fellow doing, is he a chimney sweep or just lost after a night of heavy drinking?

This is actually a bit of an optical illusion. The "chimney" is a small wooden clock tower on the top of a car dealership. The man was not in the "chimney" but had climbed on the roof to put up some Xmas lights. My wife was in a shop and I was waiting outside watching him and when I saw this I managed to grab the shot. This sort of thing is why I rarely go out without some sort of camera with me..!! No skill involved, just in the right place at the right time ;-)
