I can't understand why anyone would erect an ugly fence made from concrete posts and scaffolding poles in front of such a picturesque terrace of cottages..!!

Anyway, I know this is an early post, but I'm off to work in a while and won't be back until very late. So, Happy Fence Friday (for tomorrow) to you all and have a great weekend :-)

I can easily understand it. Yes, an H & S officer in wonderful unity with the local council and the result being the cheapest materials possible I should think.
But. Hey!!! They have at least painted it white!!!!
