Thanks Neil. I'm sort of on the mend...........still off work and waiting for a further appointment following an MRI scan to decide what they can do for me.

Luckily, my Olympus camera is small and light enough to use one-handed or an a bean-bag, but I'm not supposed to be driving so I'm restricted as to where I can go.
