J'ai embaumé l'amour au fond d'un sarcophage, Dans une pyramide où aimer n'a plus d'âge. Bâtissant au hasard une Egypte inventée, J'ai enfoui cette vie que nous avons chantée. Car nos coeurs et nos âmes sont devenues fossiles Séchés malgré les larmes noyées au fond du Nil. Le temps a eu raison de la douce existence D'un amour qui s'est tu au fond d'un puits d'absence. Ces légendes et passions sentaient si bon hier, Mais nos fronts qui s'effleurent retombent en poussière. Nous sommes maintenant des statues de cristal Consumant en silence,le souvenir étale.
