Karen - the film speed was 100. The camera itself has only one shutter speed, approximately 1/25th of a second and two apertures (a larger one for the slower color film of the day and a smaller aperture for the faster black and white film they had in 1962.) That's why I used relatively slow film, but the larger aperture, so that it wouldn't overexpose in the bright day.

I don't have a proper darkroom myself. I use the kitchen sink and transfer my film to the developing tank in my dark closet.
