This moss or fern (I'm not sure technically what of the scientific name for this plant would be) is growing all over the north side of a church in the Mobile, Alabama area. I found it fascinating that something could grow to be this big with no real root to the ground. It seems to be using only the moisture from the brick, air, the brick itself, and sunshine as it's source for growth and sustenance.
