It wouldn't take much at all. lol. I keep wondering why someone would deliberately neglect a place like this. I've seen much older houses which have been kept in good condition. I remember being in Rhode Island and seeing homes that were hundreds of years old. Charleston, South Carolina takes pride in maintaining it's old colonial homes, but obviously someone here has been neglecting this place for a long time.
