Die am weitesten vom Pfarrort [Lauterhofen] entfernte Filialkirche ist die kleine Dorfkirche von Leinhof bei Schwend. Sie befindet sich südlich der „Hohen Straße“ und hat eine einfache Außenarchitektur: Turm, halbrunde Apsis und Langhaus. Die Filialkirche Leinhof wurde 1925 erbaut. 1970 wurde das Kirchlein umgestaltet. Eine besondere Kuriosität ist der Altar: der Altarstein, eine Betonplatte, ruht auf einer steinernen Ackerwalze. Darüber befindet sich ein barockes Kreuz und am Fuß des Kreuzes Maria als Mutter der Schmerzen. - www.pfarrverband-lauterhofen.de/filialkirche-leinhof.php
